Directors' Shareholdings
The Company has been informed that, on 27th June 2022, 2,000 shares were gifted to Ms Sarah J Caffyn, Director HR/Company Secretary, by Mr Robert J. M. Caffyn (father of Sarah Caffyn).
The shares were gifted for nil consideration.
Following this notification of this transaction, Ms Caffyn has a beneficial holding in the Company, of 48,323 ordinary shares representing 1.8% of the ordinary shares of the Company.
The percentage of ordinary shares noted above excludes shares held in treasury.
