Purchase of Own Securities

On 2 February 2010 Colefax Group Plc bought for cancellation a total of 10,095 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 0.07 per cent. of the voting rights in, and the issued ordinary share capital of, the Company at a price of 120.47p per share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 14,764,810 Ordinary Shares in issue with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote.
