Colefax Group Plc (the "Company")

Purchase of Own Securities

On 21 February 2011 Colefax Group Plc bought for cancellation a total of 90,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 0.62 per cent of the voting rights in, and the issued ordinary share capital of, the Company at a price of 295p per share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 14,360,000 Ordinary Shares in issue with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote.
