Notification of Transactions of Directors and Connected Persons
The Company was notified on 4 April 2012 of the following transfers of ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") of 10 pence by Robert Barker and Julie Barker, spouse of Robert Barker, a Connected Person of the Company to their adult daughter for nil consideration. These transactions were undertaken to utilise their individual annual CGT exemptions.
