Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited13 June 2006 Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (the 'Company') Additional Listing Application has been made for 4,260,000 ordinary shares of nil par value each inthe Company ('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to trading on the AIM market ofthe London Stock Exchange ('AIM'). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to the conversion ofconvertible notes issued on 2 August 2005, as detailed in the Admission Documentof 24 February 2006. These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and dealings are expected to commence on 19 June 2006 on AIM. Following this announcement there are no outstanding convertible notes and thetotal number of outstanding Ordinary Shares is 309,505,559.
