The earnings for year 2009 will be allocated as follows:

The dividend is NT$9,670,877,303

The remuneration to directors is NT$5,400,000

The employee bonus is NT$967,725

The dividend will be NT$0.5 per share in cash and NT$0.5 per share in stock.

After the company announces its dividend policy, based on Article 28 of the Securities Law, if we engage in secondary purchases, transfers, exchanges ,cancellations of our shares, or issue new shares due to GDR or any other reasons, all resulting in an increase or decrease in the total number of shares outstanding on the shares outstanding on the dividend record date, the current dividend policy and the dividend per share will be adjusted based on the total number of shares outstanding on the ex-dividend date.
