In accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, Centamin makes the below notification and public disclosure of a transaction by a Director of the Company.
On 23 March 2021, Mark Bankes, Non-Executive Director, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 104.65 pence per share. After settlement of the transaction, Mark will hold a total of 220,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
