Celtic Resources Holdings PLC21 November 2007 Celtic Resources Holdings Plc ("Celtic" or the "Company") Change in Director's Interest Celtic was advised on 20 November 2007 that MG Capital Plc ("MG Capital") sold 40,000 ordinary shares of Euro 0.25 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 14 November 2007 at 279p per share. Peter Hannen, a director of the Company, holds an interest in MG Capital that is declarable under the Companies Act 1990 of Ireland. Mr Hannen and Mr Scott-Barrett, also a director of the Company, are both directors of MG Capital, but are excluded from the procedures whereby this decision was made. As a result of this sale, MG Capital is interested in warrants over 50,000 ordinary shares of Euro 0.25 each, priced at £1.563 per share, and is no longer interested in any issued share capital of the Company.
