Celtic Resources Holdings PLC28 December 2006 Celtic Resources Holdings Plc ("Celtic" or the "Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 34,501 ordinary shares of €0.25 each in theCompany ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of theLondon Stock Exchange ("AIM"). The new Ordinary Shares are being admitted to trading pursuant to the exerciseof options. The above figure includes the exercise of options over 13,803Ordinary Shares announced on 23 January 2004, but for which a listingapplication was not made due to a clerical error.
