Director's Shareholding
The Company announced on 7 May 2010 that it had purchased 56,000 ordinary shares for cancellation. Following this buy-back the beneficial shareholding of Richard King, Executive Chairman, being 5,606,209 ordinary shares, now represents approximately 19.00 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
In addition, Sarissa Holdings Limited, a company in which Kiran Shah, Group Finance Director and Joint MD, has an indirect interest, which holds 6,545,000 ordinary shares in the Company, following the share buy back, represents approximately 22.18 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
