TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS and CAPITAL

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook (DTR 5.6.1), the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

As at 28 February 2026, the issued share capital of the Company is 379,590,028 ordinary shares of ?0.01 each. The Company also holds 9,025,000 ordinary shares in treasury, which do not carry voting rights.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company as at 28 February 2026 is 370,565,028.

The above figure of 370,565,028 may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules sourcebook.
