Interim dividend for year ending 28 February 2018

Dublin, Ireland, 13 November 2017: C&C Group plc announces that the price of a New Share in respect of the Interim Dividend Scrip Alternative for the financial year ending 28 February 2018 will be €2.941360. As the cash dividend is 5.21 cent per share, the entitlement will be one New Share for every 70.570058 shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and one New Share for every 56.456046 shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
