Interim dividend for year ending 28 February 2019

Dublin, Ireland, 8 November 2018: C&C Group plc announces that the price of a New Share in respect of the Interim Dividend Scrip Alternative for the financial year ending 28 February 2019 will be €3.364640. As the cash dividend is 5.33 cent per share, the entitlement will be one New Share for every 78.908068 shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and one New Share for every 63.126454 shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
