Directors' purchase of ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares")
In accordance with UK MAR Art 19(3), the Company announces that it was Monday, 21 June 2021 notified (in accordance with UK MAR Art 19(1)) that the Directors had purchased Shares under the Company's 6 for 23 rights issue at 186 pence per Share.

Adjusted Share options under the Company's share plans
In accordance with UK MAR Art 19(3), the Company announces that it was Monday, 21 June 2021 notified (in accordance with UK MAR Art 19(1)) that, following the Company's 6 for 23 rights issue at 186 pence per Share, adjustments had been made to options granted under the Company's share plans to take account of the rights issue on the basis described below.
The adjustments increase the number of Shares subject to options by a factor of 106.71% and, where applicable, reduce the exercise price per Share by a factor of 93.70%. The adjustments to the options held by Directors under each plan are set out below.
1. The Company made adjustments to options over Shares granted under the C&C Group plc 2015 Long Term Incentive Plan for the following Directors:
