Final dividend for year ending 28 February 2019

Dublin, Ireland | 6 June 2019: C&C Group plc announces that the price of a New Share in respect of the Final Dividend Scrip Alternative for the financial year ending 28 February 2019 will be €3.707100. As the cash dividend is 9.98 cent per share, the entitlement will be one New Share for every 46.431613 shares held where dividend withholding tax applies and one New Share for every 37.145291 shares held where dividend withholding tax does not apply.
