Director Shareholding

Celtic plc ("the Company") was notified on 16 November 2010 that Brian Duffy, a non-executive director of the Company, had acquired 107,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company, at a price of 46.5 pence per share. The transaction took place on 12 November 2010.

Prior to the transaction Mr Duffy was interested directly in 750 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.

Following the transaction, Mr Duffy is interested, as the beneficial owner, in 107,750 Ordinary Shares of 1p each representing 0.12% of the issued capital in that class.
