Director Declaration

Zug, Switzerland - 25 September 2020 - Coca-Cola HBC AG (the "Company") has been notified that Olusola (Sola) David-Borha, independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed a Non-Executive Director of Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC, a company listed on the Nigerian Stock Exchange.

The appointment is effective from 24 September 2020, following receipt of all regulatory approvals.

This notification is made in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2).
