Director Declaration

Zug, Switzerland - 31 May 2016 - Coca-Cola HBC AG ("Coca-Cola HBC") announces that Irial Finan, Non-executive Director, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director of Coca-Cola European Partners plc (which began trading on Euronext Amsterdam, the New York Stock Exchange and Euronext London on 31 May 2016, and will begin trading on the Spanish stock exchanges on 2 June 2016 under the symbol CCE), with effect from 4 May 2016. As previously announced on 17 May 2016, Mr. Finan will retire from the board of directors of Coca-Cola HBC at the annual general meeting on 21 June 2016.
