Computacenter PLC30 November 2007 In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R the Companyhereby notifies the market of the following: As of 30 November 2007, the Company's capital consists of 159,621,515 Ordinaryshares with a nominal value of 6p each, with voting rights. The Company does nothold any shares in Treasury Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 159,621,515. This figure of 159,621,515 may be used by shareholders as the denominator forthe calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifytheir interest in, or a change to their interest in, Computacenter plc under theFSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. However, shareholders should note thatthis notification confirms the actual issued share capital as recorded on theregister at the above date. Computacenter is currently undertaking a sharerepurchase programme and where repurchases are made, separate announcementswill identify the numbers being repurchased and the supporting details indicateresultant share capital, after market settlement and cancellation.
