Further to the announcement made on 22 August 2011, Charlemagne Capital Limited ("Charlemagne", the "Company"), announces that it became aware on 22 September 2011 that the beneficial owner of 10,000,000 (3.6%) of the Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each in the Company of the issued share capital is Regatta Invest Corporation, a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, and not Regatta Investments LLC, a Florida Limited Liability entity. As a result, the Company announces that Regatta Invest Corporation is considered to be a significant shareholder in the Company for the purposes of the AIM Rules.
