Dividend Declaration
Further to the announcement of its interim results to 30 June 2015 earlier today, Charlemagne confirms that it has declared an interim dividend of 0.5 US cents (GB 0.3209 pence) per share.
The dividend will be paid on 6 November 2015 to shareholders on the record on 2 October 2015. Dividends will be payable in pounds sterling unless the Company's registrar holds an instruction from the shareholder to pay in US dollars. The Company's ordinary shares will go ex-dividend on 1 October 2015.
