Purchase of Shares by a Director

On 28 March 2012, Charlemagne Capital Limited ("Charlemagne", the "Company"), was notified of a purchase of shares in the Company by Michael Baer, non-executive Chairman of the Company.

On 28 March 2012, Mr Baer purchased 84,659 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each at a price of 13.00p per share.

As a result of this purchase, Michael Baer now has an interest in 350,000 Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each or 0.125% of the total number of Ordinary Shares of US$0.01 each in issue.
