Board changes
Cellular Goods (LSE: CBX), a UK-based wellness company providing premium consumer products formulated with lab-produced cannabinoids, announces that Peter Wall and Simon Walters, non-executive directors, have stepped down from the Board of Directors and are leaving the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Wall has stepped down to focus on pre-existing executive management positions. Mr Walters' retirement from the Board as a NED follows Cellular's planned course of business, with Mr Walters having served on the Board as Finance Director since November 2020. The role held by Simon changed to Non-Executive Director in September 2022 to coincide with Cellular's appointment of Bruna Nikolla as Chief Financial Officer.
The Board would like to thank the outgoing NEDs for their valuable contributions over what has been a transformational period for the business.
Following these departures, the composition of the Board is as follows: Darcy Taylor is Interim CEO and Chairman, Bruna Nikolla is Chief Financial Officer; and Misha Sher and Gill Whitty-Collins are Non-Executive Directors.
