Cellular Goods (LSE: CBX), a UK-based wellness company that provides premium consumer products formulated with lab-made cannabinoids, announces that on 03, 04 and 07 March 2022, Anna Chokina, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased in aggregate 226,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price per share of 3.46 pence.
The transactions are Mrs. Chokina's first open market purchases since her appointment on 06 December 2021. The details of the transaction are disclosed below.
