Grant of Warrants
Cellular Goods (LSE: CBX) a UK-based skincare and wellness company providing premium consumer products formulated with lab-produced cannabinoids, announces that it has granted Misha Sher, the Company's Non-Executive Director, a total of 2,000,000 warrants to subscribe for new ordinary shares of £0.001 each ('Warrants'). The Warrants are exercisable at 0.97 pence per ordinary share.
One third of the warrants will vest on 10 May 2024 with the remaining two thirds vesting in 24 equal monthly instalments thereafter. The Warrants have an exercise period from the date of grant to 10 May 2028.
Following the issue of the Warrants, the Company has a total of 59,460,000 warrants in issue.
