cloudBuy plc (AIM: CBUY), the cloud eCommerce marketplace, was notified earlier today that Lyn Duncan, Chief Executive Officer of cloudBuy, purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 37.2 pence per Ordinary Share on 28 October 2014.
Following the transaction, Lyn and Ronald Duncan and associated family's holding in the Company has increased to 21,048,624 Ordinary Shares, representing 17.55 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
