Director Disclosure
Cake Box Holdings plc, the specialist retailer of fresh cream cakes, announces the following disclosures in relation to Martin Blair, Non-Executive Director of the Company, pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
In March 2017, Mr Blair was appointed as a director of The Marketing Group PLC ("TMG"), resigning in September 2018. TMG was put into administration in July 2019. This administration was ended on 4 December 2020 and the company was subsequently dissolved on 4 March 2021.
