Cairo -March 2nd, 2017 - With reference to the Bank's release dated December 1st , 2016 concerning CIB's signature of the Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs) with a group of non-related Egyptian and Gulf investors for the sale of part of its ownership stake in CI Capital Holding ("CI Capital"), the Bank would like to announce that, the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) has granted its non-objection on a number of said investors and the bank is currently reviewing the non-objection and studying the final deal structure with the Investors in light of this development.
CIB will keep the market informed with any updates on the matter.

القاهرة في الثاني من مارس 2017- بالإشارة إلى البيان الصادر عن مصرفنا في الأول من ديسمبر 2016 بخصوص قيام البنك التجاري الدولي (مصر) بتوقيع اتفاقية شراء أسهم "Share Purchase Agreement" (SPA) مع مجموعة من المستثمرين المصريين والعرب لبيع حصة من شركة سي اي كابيتال القابضة ، يود البنك أن يعلن عن انه قد تم الحصول على عدم ممانعة من هيئه الرقابية المالية علي عدد من هؤلاء المستثمرين و يقوم البنك حاليا بدراسة التصور النهائي للصفقة في ضوء هذه التطورات.
هذا وسيقوم البنك بموافاة السوق بأية مستجدات فيما يخص الصفقة سالفة الذكر في حينه.
