Cairo -March 20th , 2017 - With reference to the Bank's release dated March 2nd , 2017 concerning the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) granting the bank its non-objection on a number of non-related Egyptian and Gulf investors for the sale of part of its ownership stake in CI Capital Holding ("CI Capital"), CIB would like to announce that today it has successfully executed the transfer of 74.75% of CICH's shares at a transaction value amounting to EGP 710,158,453 with a total company value of EGP 950 Million, while retaining a minority stake of 25.24% of CI- Capital Holding for the time being.

القاهرة في 20 مارس 2017- بالإشارة إلي البيان الصادر بتاريخ الثاني من مارس 2017 بخصوص الحصول على عدم ممانعة من قبل هيئه الرقابية المالية على عدد من المستثمرين المصريين والعرب غير المرتبطين لبيع حصة في شركة سي اي كابيتال القابضة ، يود البنك التجاري الدولي ان يعلن عن قيامه اليوم بتنفيذ عملية بيع 74.75 % من حصه البنك في شركة سي اي كابيتال القابضة وقد بلغ إجمالي قيمة الصفقة 710,158,453 جنيه مصري بقيمة إجمالية للشركة تبلغ 950 مليون جنيه مصري مع احتفاظ مصرفنا بحصة اقليه في الوقت الحالي تبلغ 25.24%.
