The Board of Directors of Commercial International Bank (Egypt) met today, and the following summarize the main decisions taken:

1) Approving the separate and consolidated financial statements for 3Q22, the period ended September 30th, 2022.

2) The Audit Committee was notified by our auditor Farid Samir Farid - Saleh, Barsoum & Abdelaziz, about the announcement of the planned exit from the Deloitte Network which will take place on December 1st, 2022, and that they will become the Grant Thornton member firm in Egypt effective December 2nd, 2022. The Board of Directors decided to continue dealing with Farid Samir Farid - Saleh, Barsoum & Abdelaziz as the Bank's auditor for the remainder of the fiscal year 2022. The Board will advise the shareholders in the Bank's first upcoming General Assembly Meeting.

3) CIB is pleased to announce the start of the nomination process of the Board directorship for the coming three-year Board term commencing March 2023, pursuant to the Article "233" of the Regulations for Companies Law No. 159 of 1981. Those who wish to apply for directorship are to request the nomination form from the Bank's Legal Group via the email mohy.megahed@cibeg.com from November 10th until November 24th, 2022.
