DIRECTORATE CHANGES

The Board of the Company announces that they have been informed by Keith Corbin and Jemma Freeman of their intention to step down as Non-Executive Directors of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in July 2025, in order to focus on their other commitments.

Keith Corbin has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 18 June 2018, he is also the Senior Independent Director and is the Chairman of the Nomination Committee as well as a member of the Audit and Management Engagement Committees.

Jemma Freeman has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 1 October 2021, she is also a member of the Audit, Nomination and Management Engagement Committees.

Trevor Bowen has also given notice that it is his intention to stepdown from the Board by the time of the Board meeting due to be held in mid-September 2025. Trevor Bowen has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 18 June 2018 and is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and is also a member of the Nomination and Management Engagement Committees.

The Board wishes to thank the significant contributions they have made to the Company during their time on the Board.

The selection process for their replacements is presently underway at an advanced stage, and further announcements in this regard, including Committee memberships, will be made in due course.
