CHANGE OF AUDITOR

CEIBA Investments Limited, the largest listed foreign investor solely dedicated to investing in Cuba, announces that the Board has appointed Grant Thornton Limited as Auditor of the Company with immediate effect. This appointment follows a formal and competitive tender process.

Ernst & Young LLP Guernsey has resigned from the position and has confirmed that there are no matters that it wishes to bring to the attention of the Board of Directors or the Shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to thank Ernst & Young for its professional service to the Company throughout its tenure in office.

Shareholder approval to re-appoint Grant Thornton Limited as the Company's auditor will be sought at the Company's next Annual General Meeting to be held in the summer of 2020.

The Company also announces that Peter Cornell has stepped down from the Company's audit committee, as Peter is a non-executive director of Grant Thornton Limited and is therefore not considered independent for the purposes of the audit committee. The audit committee now comprises of Trevor Bowen (Chairman of the audit committee) and Keith Corbin. The Company also confirms that Peter had no involvement in the appointment of Grant Thornton Limited as auditor and that he stepped aside from the audit tender process described above.
