Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
The Company announces that it was on 11 October 2023 informed by Mr Sebastiaan Berger, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Mr Cameron Young, the Chief Operating Officer of the Company, that 4K Keys Limited, which is owned and controlled by Mr Berger and Mr Young, had distributed the following ordinary shares in the Company to each of them:
Sebastiaan Berger - 304,054 shares
CAYO Matena Ltd (a company beneficially owned by Cameron Young) - 145,946 shares
In accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, the full details of these transactions are as follows:
