The Board wishes to thank JTC Global AIFM Solutions Limited, JTC Fund Solutions (Guernsey) Limited and JTC Registrars Limited which previously fulfilled these functions.
The Board also announces that, with effect from 1 December 2022, the Company's registered office has changed to Les Echelons Court, Les Echelons, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1AR.
