Final Dividend
The Directors of Charles Stanley Group PLC have recommended a final dividend of 2.0p per Ordinary Share, in respect of the year ended 31 March 2015, subject to shareholder approval, which is being sought at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 31 July 2015.
If approved, the final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 March 2015 will be paid on 12 August 2015 to shareholders on the register as at 3 July 2015. At the Company's Annual General Meeting, the Directors will be seeking authority to offer a scrip dividend alternative in respect of any dividend declared and/or paid by the Company on or before 31 July 2020. Should this resolution be passed, a scrip dividend alternative will be offered in relation to the recommended final dividend.
