Notification of changes in major shareholdings
Following the issue by the Company of 4,596,000 new ordinary shares on 17 April 2015 pursuant to the placing announced by the Company on 15 April 2015 (the "Placing"), the Company has received notifications as follows from the major shareholders named below in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules in relation to the 25p ordinary shares of the Company (the "Shares").This announcement does not relate to transactions in the Shares and is made because the percentage of the new total issued Shares represented by the respective holdings has changed as a result of the increase in the number of the total issued number of Shares. The Company's issued share capital consists of 50,565,652 ordinary shares with voting rights.
Sir David Howard, a director of the Company, has advised that, following the Placing, his interests are:
12,810,219 Shares (25.33% of the new total issued number of Shares) held beneficially; and
275,000 Shares (0.54% of the new total issued number of Shares) held non-beneficially.
Mr John L S Howard, whose holding previously represented 10.2% of the then issued share capital, has advised that, following the Placing, his interest is:
4,710,515 Shares (9.3% of the new total issued number of Shares) held beneficially.
