Charles Stanley Group PLC10 November 2006 Charles Stanley announces that the Trustees of the Charles Stanley ShareIncentive Plan acquired on 10th November 2006, 4,493 ordinary shares in thecompany for the participants of the Charles Stanley Share Incentive Plan. Theprice paid by the participants was 355p.
