Charles Stanley Group PLC11 December 2006 Charles Stanley announces that the Trustees of the Charles Stanley ShareIncentive Plan acquired on 8th December 2006, 4632 ordinary shares in thecompany for the participants of the Charles Stanley Share Incentive Plan. Theprice paid by the participants was 339.85p. These shares will be used to satisfyemployees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their November pay.
