Charles Stanley Group PLC12 March 2007 Charles Stanley announces that the Trustees of the Charles Stanley ShareIncentive Plan acquired on 9th March 2007, 4438 ordinary shares in the companyfor the participants of the Charles Stanley Share Incentive Plan. The price paidby the participants was 357p. These shares will be used to satisfy employees'contributions to the Plan deducted from their February pay.
