Transaction notification - correction
In accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulations, the Company announces the amendment to the initial notification of the awards under the Annual Bonus Share Plan to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs").
The following amendments have been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 4 August 2021 at 17:24 under RNS No 6165H:
The volume figures in respect of the Grant of nil-cost options pursuant to the Company's Annual Bonus Share Plan were stated in error and are as follows:
Paul Abberley - 22,601
Ben Money-Coutts - 15,498
These volume figures replace the previously announced figures of:
Paul Abberley - 21,875
Ben Money-Coutts - 15,000
