CHARLES STANLEY GROUP PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING
Charles Stanley Group PLC (the "Company") has been notified that two former employees have acquired a total sum of 4,869 Ordinary Shares of 25p each as the result of the exercise of Options under the Company's 2011 and 2012 Save As You Earn Schemes.
One employee acquired 2,322 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.34 per share. The second employee acquired 2,322 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.34 per share and 225 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.48 per share.
Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for trading. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on Thursday 4th April 2014.
