Charles Stanley Group PLC11 February 2008 CHARLES STANLEY GROUP PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING Charles Stanley Group Plc (the 'Company') has been notified that a formeremployee has acquired a total sum of 5125 ordinary shares of 25p each as theresult of the exercise of an option under the Company's Save As You Earn Schemeat a price of 96 pence per share. Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for theseshares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange fortrading. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of theCompany and dealings are expected to commence on Thursday 14th February 2008.
