CHARLES STANLEY GROUP PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING
Charles Stanley Group PLC (the "Company") has been notified that a former employee has acquired a total sum of 2,012 Ordinary Shares of 25p each as the result of the exercise of option under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme 2012/13.
The employee acquired 2,012 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.48 per share. Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for trading. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on Tuesday 21st October 2014.
