CHARLES STANLEY GROUP PLC ADDITIONAL LISTING
Charles Stanley Group PLC (the "Company") has been notified that four former employees have acquired a total sum of 10,494 Ordinary Shares of 25p each as the result of the exercise of Options under the Company's Save As You Earn Scheme 2011.
One employee acquired 3,087 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.51 per share. The second employee acquired 2,366 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.51 per share. The third employee acquired 3,286 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.51 per share. The fourth employee acquired 1,314 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.51 per share and 441 Ordinary Shares at a price of £2.34 per share.
Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for these shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for trading. The shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on Thursday 30th January 2014.
