Centaur Media Plc (the "Company") has been advised by Artemis Investment Management Limited ("AIM") that its positions to the Company have been historically over-reported. The correct percentage of voting rights attached to AIM's shareholding is 9.52% rather than 14.18% as previously stated.
The reason for this is that AIM's internal systems have historically aggregated AIM's holdings regardless of whether or not it has voting discretion over the relevant shares. However, AIM does not have voting discretion over all the positions that it manages.
AIM has therefore submitted a revised TR1 notification form, which is set out below.
