On 9 December 2019, the Company bought back 400,000 Ordinary Shares and 1,067,692 C Shares in the market, at an average price of, respectively, USD 0.185 and USD 0.33 per share.
Following this share purchase, these shares will subsequently be cancelled.
From 9 December 2019 the total number of shares in the Company is 748,499,039, consisting of 307,188,860 Ordinary Shares and 441,310,179 C Shares, and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 748,499,039.
