For the purposes of the transitional provisions of the Financial ServicesΒ Authority'sΒ disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued shareΒ capital at the date of this notice isΒ 324,855,567.Β
The Company's issued share capital consists ofΒ 324,855,567Β ordinary shares ofΒ 10p each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held inΒ treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is thereforeΒ 324,855,567.Β
The above figure ofΒ 324,855,567Β may be used by shareholders as the denominatorΒ for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notifyΒ their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under theΒ Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
