Grant of Options
Roxi is pleased to announce that following a review of the existing board and senior management incentive arrangements referred to at the time of the release of the results for the year ended 31 December 2008, the Remuneration Committee has decided to leave the existing options granted at 38p and 65p respectively unaltered. The following new options exercisable at 12p per share were granted on 14 August 2009:
