Roxi, the Central Asian oil and gas company with a focus on Kazakhstan, announces that it was informed on 4 July 2016 that on 29 June 2016, Edmund Limerick, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 550,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 9.5p per Share.

Following these purchases Edmund Limerick now holds 1,100,000 Shares and his wife holds 605,000 Shares. This combined holding represents 0.18% of the issued share capital of the Company.
