Directors dealings in the Company's shares
In January 2014, Roxi agreed a $40 million equity facility with Kairat Satylganov with the shares to be issued at an agreed price of 7.41p per share. To date some $29.2 million has been called under the facility and 244,670,973 shares representing 27.68 per cent of Roxi have been issued.
The Company announces that on 1 April 2015, Kuat Oraziman, CEO and a director of the Company acquired 39,242,317 Roxi shares (the "Sale Shares") representing 4.44 per cent of the current issued share capital from Kairat Satylganov, CFO and a director of the Company, at a price of 7.41p.
Following this sale Kuat Oraziman has an interest in 374,408,033 shares representing 42.35 per cent and the Kairat Satylganov has an interest in 205,428,656 shares representing 23.24 per cent of Roxi.
